This notice covers studioropewalk.com only — the single page describing the company and its portfolio. Each product listed there is a separate site with its own privacy policy governing its own users, and this notice does not speak for them.

What this site collects

Almost nothing. This is a static page. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no cookies set by us. Nothing you do on the page is tracked or recorded.

The two exceptions are worth stating plainly.

1. The contact form

If you send a message, the name, email address and message text you type are transmitted to Formspree, the form-handling service this page uses, and forwarded to us by email. Formspree stores the submission on its own infrastructure in the United States under its privacy policy.

We use what you send only to reply to you. It is never sold, shared or added to a mailing list. There is no mailing list.

How long it is kept. Two copies exist. The one in Formspree's dashboard is held for up to 30 days and then ages out automatically — that is the retention limit on the plan this form runs on, not a promise we have to remember to keep. The other is the notification email in our own inbox, which we keep only as long as the conversation requires and you can ask us to delete at any time.

The form includes a hidden field used to catch automated spam. It is not shown to you, and it collects nothing about you.

2. Fonts and hosting

The page loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. That request is made by your browser directly to Google, which means Google receives your IP address and user-agent string in order to serve the font files. We receive nothing from it, and no cookie is set by the font request.

Our hosting provider records standard web-server metadata for each request — IP address, user agent, referring page, timestamp — for security and aggregate traffic counts, as any web server does.

Your rights

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to complain to your national supervisory authority. Our lawful basis for handling a message you send is legitimate interest in answering it; for server logs, legitimate interest in keeping the site up and secure.

California residents may request disclosure or deletion of the personal information we hold. We do not sell or share personal information.

In practice the only personal data we hold about anyone is a message they chose to send us, and the dashboard copy of that message clears itself within 30 days. To have the email copy deleted sooner, reply to the thread and ask, or write to us through the form; we act within 30 days.

Children

This site is a company information page, not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this notice changes materially, the date at the top of the page will change with it.
